Tortas Manantial is a family owned restaurant with four locations in Phoenix, Avondale and Laveen, Arizona. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us directly:
- Your name and email address when you join the Tortas Club, our free rewards program.
- Your name, email and phone number if you apply for a job through our Careers page.
- Anything you send us directly by email or phone.
We do not collect payment information on this site. Orders placed through “Order Direct” or Uber Eats are handled entirely by our ordering partners, Toast and Uber Eats, under their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
We use the information above to run the Tortas Club program (points, birthday rewards, and occasional updates about new items or specials), to respond to job applications, and to answer questions sent to us directly. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third-party services on this site
This site relies on a few outside services to work properly:
- Toast and Uber Eats, for online ordering.
- Google Maps, to show our locations.
- Trustindex, to display our public Google reviews.
Each of these has its own privacy policy that applies once you interact with them.
Cookies
Like most WordPress sites, this site uses a small number of standard cookies needed for it to function. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from Tortas Club emails at any time using the link in those emails, or by contacting your nearest shop. You can also ask us to delete the personal information we have on file for you.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
